Teens in Action Clubs

The Teens in Action program is designed for young people ages 13-18. It works to empower teens to directly impact the issues in their own lives.

Service-Learning

Teens in Action youth learn and practice:

Adult Club leaders offer support and guidance as teens decide which service project they want to complete in their community. This is a fun and challenging process for young leaders. Teens engage in the following steps for each service project:

  1. Learn the concept of community
  2. Perform a needs assessment for the community
  3. Choose a service project
  4. Plan & organize the project
  5. Perform the project
  6. Reflect on the project
  7. Earn recognition & celebrate the completion of the project

Through leadership, learning and action the Camp Fire USA Teens in Action youth grow as individuals on their way to becoming future leaders.
