Camp Forms and Registration
Online registration is available for all camps - day, mini-resident, resident, and Bluewater northwoods adventure. Complete and return the following to Camp Fire at least two weeks prior to your child's camp session.
1. Register online
2. Complete online: 2014 Online Health Form or print and mail to Camp Fire: 2014 Health Form pdf
3. Email this editable PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line "camper information sheet") 2014 Camper Information Sheet/Letter to Your Child's Counselor Form editable pdf. Or print and follow mailing information on the form.

Transportation - $25 round trip
New in 2014! Buses are available for Mini-Resident and Resident campers from select locations. We're offering two pick-up/drop-off sites from across the Twin Ciites each week of camp. Click here for the bus schedule.
Scholarship (Campership) Application
Camp Fire Minnesota is committed to making camp accessible to as many youth as possible. Our camperships provide assistance to families for whom payment of the full tuition is not possible. Camperships are given based on financial need and funds available. Please note that camperships are not guaranteed. 2014 Campership Application

Host Family Applications
