Program Counselor (3): Guide, supervise, live and work directly with a group of 6–10 campers in an outdoor camp program. Camp activities may include climbing, games, swimming, environmental education, arts & crafts, archery, cookouts, canoeing, kayaking, star gazing and more. A Thursday night sleepover is required for our day camp staff every week. Minimum age 18, current first aid and CPR required.*
Adventure Assistant/Counselor (2): Assist the Adventure Director to plan, organize and safely lead campers in the fun adventures of our climbing wall, giant swing and high challenge course. Assist with the supervision and monitoring of campers and cabins, and participate in weekly staff meetings. Teach and deliver teambuilding activities to staff and campers. Minimum age 18, current first aid and CPR required.*
Creative Arts Director (1): Responsible for planning and instructing arts & crafts, drama and music activities for campers. Duties include coordinating with camp staff in developing program, maintaining program supplies and inventory, and assisting with the supervision and monitoring of campers and cabins, and participating in weekly staff meetings. Applicants should have experience working with children and in planning and teaching the creative arts. Minimum age 18, current first aid and CPR required.*
Outdoor Education Director (1): is responsible for developing and teaching nature, outdoor education and outdoor living skills activities. Duties include coordinating with staff to develop camp programs, maintaining supplies and inventory, assisting with camper and cabin supervision and participating in weekly staff meetings. Applicants should have experience working with children and in planning and instructing nature and OLS activities. Minimum age 18, current first aid and CPR required.*
Waterfront Staff (Lifeguards/counselor) (2): Assist Waterfront Director in leading activities, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, water games, and safety supervision. Assist with camper and cabin supervision and participate in weekly staff meetings. Minimum age 18, current first aid, CPR and lifeguard certificates required.*
Day Camp Director (1): Assist the Outdoor Programs Director in scheduling, staffing and daily operations of all day camp programs. Must have previous experience working in a summer camp setting with preferred experience in a supervisory role. Excellent customer service skills and organization required. Will assist in the planning and implementation of weekly staff meetings. Minimum age 21, current first aid and CPR required.*
*First Aid and CPR training can be acquired after hiring. There may be an opportunity for staff to acquire first aid and CPR training as part of camp training.
