A full week of staff training and on-going team-building sessions help to maximize the skills and effectiveness of the entire camp staff. You will be encouraged to contribute from the foundation of knowledge and experiences you already possess, while you expand and gain new skills. Summer camp is a great environment to gain experience in youth development through hands-on interactions.

Our camp staff help children learn about themselves and others, learn new skills and encourage them to have fun in a safe outdoor environment.

Camp Tanadoona staff come from throughout Minnesota and from across the globe. Working at camp is a great opportunity to make new friends from interesting places like Australia, England, and Romania, to name a few.
